(Atlanta, GA) -- Two months after state officials announced plans to create the website, the state's Department of Public Health coronavirus dashboard is now live. You can find out how many vaccines your county administers per 100-thousand people and how many people are already in the process of getting their shots. The site even breaks down the data by race and ethnicity. 11Alive reports Fulton, Dekalb, and Cobb counties are among the areas in the state with the highest number of vaccines being administered. The maps confirm what community advocates and health officials have been saying about the hesitancy of minority residents to receive the inoculation. So far, out of 10.8 million Georgians, about 1.4 million people have begun the process to be vaccinated.
