Pandemic or not, it’s always a good idea to have something to binge watch.
Whether you’re currently obsessed with a series or looking for something new, there’s always something in the works that could pique your interest.
The Peach State is basically Hollywood’s home away from home.
The Georgia Department of Economic Development constantly keeps tabs on the shows and movies filming in the state.
“Television pilots, series, reality shows, feature films--there's always something filming in Georgia,” the department says.
Currently, the list shows 51 projects in production in Georgia, including reality TV, feature films, TV series and more from TLC, Disney +, Netflix, NBC/Peacock, Nat Geo, BET and other networks and distributors.
Many of those shows and movies are filming in neighborhoods across metro Atlanta, including Ozark, Stranger Things, The Walking Dead and other popular, highly-anticipated projects, WZDX noted in a story published Thursday (February 25).
Here’s the list of shows filming in Georgia, according to the state Department of Economic Development:
